Halloween Costume Psychology

You ARE what you WEAR…

Seems a new survey has  asked people, now, about different Halloween costumes, and what each one SAYS about the person who’s wearing it.  And here are some of the findings:

If you’re dressed as a SUPERHERO, 41% of those surveyed think it means you’re ATHLETIC.

If it’s a POP-CULTURE-inspired costume, 44% of people said you’re probably a lot of FUN.  And 23% of people said if it’s a SCARY costume–like a zombie or a mummy–it’s also a sign that you’re a PARTIER.

If you’re dressed as a HISTORICAL FIGURE, 24% said it means you’re a BOOKWORM.

If you made your costume YOURSELF, 20% of people think it means you’re the “THERAPIST TYPE” who listens to their friend’s problems, and gives out advice.

If you’re dressed as a COP, FIREFIGHTER, DOCTOR or NURSE, 19% of people think you’re probably the SERIOUS ONE in your group.

And…if you’re dressed as a prominent POLITICAL FIGURE, 61% of those surveyed said it’s a sign that you’re a big SPORTS FAN(??).
