…KFC in space.
Seems an Arizona-based “stratospheric exploration company” will use one of its new high-altitude balloons, soon,to send a KFC sandwich into space.
That’s right, “World View Enterprises” has just announced plans to launch a KFC Zinger sandwich into the stratosphere–on one of its new “Stratollite” balloon vehicles, which World View says is a remote-controlled, unmanned craft, created to “deliver more routine and meaningful access to space for all”. And they say that “this mission will not only give KFC a one-of-a kind marketing tool, but also give us a chance to pursue our first multi-day shakedown cruise in the stratosphere”.
The Zinger is schedule to be launched into space sometime before June 21st.
(Editor’s note: Launching a KFC Zinger Sandwich into space is a good thing. That’s where it can do the least amount of harm.)
