To say I have been frazzled lately is really an understatement!

Here I am 6 months into my new job with TONS still to learn, taking care of my mom full time, handling all of her daily needs, finances, etc AND mine, plus trying to be a normal person just minding my own business, right? Life can seriously be busy and these past few weeks have been a whirlwind.

So, quick story. I had to take my best boy, Boogie to the doctor because he has some serious itches. (turns out he just has a little psoriasis. Praise the lord it wasn’t fleas!) Anywho…..I just had to make a quick trip to the vet’s office, about 5-10 mins from my house. Grabbed my keys, Boog’s leash, and some “tookies” cause he’s a good boy, and off I went.

Can you see what’s coming? I got half way to the vet before I realized…..I FORGOT BOOGIE!!! What in the actual heck Erin!?!? Who forgets their dang dog when going to the vet? Yep, me!

Poor little dude was sitting on the couch looking at me like, “ma, you’re a goober.” Oh Boogie, adulting is hard sometimes buddy.

Needless to say, all was well BUT it got me wondering…have you ever forgotten something so obvious you just had to laugh?
