Happy Galentine’s Day! Wait…what? This is an actual thing?! I had NO IDEA and I am a total gal. Like, the galliest of gals, and I had no clue this was a real thing!

I’m a huge fan of the show Parks and Rec and I knew that this was, dare I say, “a thing”, on the show, but past that, I didn’t know women ACTUALLY did this…and ya know what, I do not hate it!! In fact, I think it is so cool!

I hate to keep revisiting this issue, but I am the single one on Team Kat, and tomorrow will be just another day for me. Wah wah!

How cool that there is a day for women to celebrate each other. To honor those friendships and relationships that are not necessarily romantic, but deeply passionate. I LOVE my girl friends and I cherish their love in a totally different way than if I had a boyfriend or husband.

So here’s to you gals!! Go out with your tribe tonight, have some wine, get dressed up for YOU, and celebrate!
