…of an Oreo.

The people who make Oreo cookies, of course, have rolled out dozens of new flavors in the past…but now they’ve added a new twist…because the newest Oreo flavor is…a mystery.  

They come in a white package, and the cookie part is the traditional chocolate Oreo–but they’re not telling you what flavor the cream filing is…and they’re giving you a big money chance to guess what it is.

Through the end of November, you can submit your guess to the Oreo website…and if you guess right, you have a shot at winning the $50,000 Grand Prize. And five other people who guess it right will win $10,000.

So, what COULD it be?  Well, according to the folks at “Food & Wine”–who’ve tried them–they’ve decided it’s either “Fruity Pebbles”, or a more generic “cereal milk”.

[Editor’s note:  And the Morning Show just did an “on-air” taste test…and the filling gives off a distinctly citrus aroma.  DJ said they were a sugary orange flavor–like one of those orange, marshmallow “peanuts” you get at Halloween. Jamie Lee said they tasted “nasty”.  But I say they taste just like…a marketing gimmick.]
