Here’s a story that’s just dripping with irony…out of Roseburg, Oregon…where 23-year old James Powell lost control of his car this week, and smashed into the side of a building.  He then tried to run from the scene, but police caught up with him, and tased him

And since he was drunk at the time, they also slapped him with a DUI.

Oh, and did I mention that the building he crashed into–was an alcohol rehabilitation clinic?!!
