Is This The Fault of Too Many Amazon Deliveries?

Got to go see the Giants play over the weekend and this was the scene on the freeway eastbound through Tracy at 7:30p.m. There were no accidents, no road work or anything else that should be causing this, so what the heck? I know, if the traffic reporter doesn’t know what’s going on with traffic then who does? But really, is it like this in Tracy every Saturday night?
