I found out last night that 7 days after is too long! #Science

So I take care of my mom as many of you know, and my mom Bean used to be a REALLY good cook. (And still is when she is clear) But lately, with her memory slipping, the cooking skills have to. Bless her heart. She laughs about it and knows it is in completely jest that we tease her for it. However, last night in a confused state she made something for dinner that was, well, meh. Again, bless her heart for trying to do something nice for me. I really appreciated it.

I took a few bites to show face, but told her that I was pretty full from a “big lunch”. (I was STARVING, but she didn’t need to know that part)

So I opened the fridge door and perused my options. Needless to say, it was slim pickin’! I found some Tupperware containers full of some left over Thanksgiving food and decided to go for it. BIG mistake. Not good. At all.

So, how long is too long to eat Thanksgiving left overs?
