I Asked Siri To Find A Dollar Tree Store For Me But Was Directed To A Dollar Tree Warehouse Instead

First off, when you ask Siri to find a place for you it’s important to make sure what ‘she’ finds for you is what you’re actually asking for. I made the mistake of not checking earlier in the week. The Kat studios are near the Stockton Metropolitan Airport and I broke my last pair of reading glasses. There is another dollar store nearby but they charge $6 for cheap, plastic reading glasses. So I said “Dollar Tree” to Siri and the app came up with several locations so I asked for directions to the closest one which Siri identified as being at 1122 Runway Dr. Now there is a Dollar Tree at that address but it’s not the store, it’s their distribution warehouse. Fortunately there is an actual store on Manthey Road near I-5 that wasn’t too far away so it didn’t cost me too much time but I learned a lesson… always double check the information Siri provides or you may end up on the middle of an industrial area and burning 15-30 minutes of your valuable time.
