My dad and I were chatting this morning in the car (my car has a broken thermostat!!! Thank you Grinch for that one two weeks before Christmas……) and the subject of toast and how it should be cut came up. (I know, I have no idea how that happened either). My dad firmly believes that toast in all forms should be cut in half like a square, whereas I believe toast should be cut diagonally. A friendly father/daughter debate ensued but neither one of us were backing down. I’m clearly right, right?
It made me wonder, what IS the best way to cut toast?
