Sorry if you are an Android fan, but iPhone users with iOS 11 can make Emergency Calls
While your phone is locked!

Rapidly press the side button five times. The Emergency SOS slider will appear.

After the call ends, your iPhone sends your Emergency contacts a text message with your current location.
