Ever have a SONG stuck in your head?  Well this is WAY worse than that.

Let’s just get right to the point:  In Guangdong Province, China, this week, a man who woke up with severe pain in his ear went to the hospital…where doctors removed a live GECKO from his ear!

Yes, doctors say that when they looked inside the man’s ear, they immediately discovered that a live GECKO had crawled into his ear canal while he was sleeping.

But they say they were able to calm the little gecko down with an anesthetic, and then use pliers to safely pull it out, in a five-minute procedure.

[Editor’s note:  And oddly…for some reason…as soon as the gecko was out, the man realized that in 15 minutes, he could save 15 percent or more, on his car insurance.]
